One of the dances you can pick is the slow ballroom Rumba. Its steps are kept sensually compact with some bending and straitening of the knee to achieve the hip-swaying movements over the legs. Some of the songs for Rumba are for example “I Have Always Loved” by Enrique Iglesias, “Because You Loved Me” by Celine Dion, “Close to You” by The Carpenters. You can change into a shorter dress for more flexibility.
Rumba
It can be easier than you thought. Anyone can do it with the right direction from the teacher. Sylvia will be able teach you the basics to get you started even if you don’t have any knowledge at all.

Another one to consider is the Waltz which is a progressive ballroom dance in moderately fast triple time
(musical), where dancers glide in perpetual circles and are positioned
close together.
