Darlene Sigoh the wedding coordinator takes great care of all the guests. Staff were very polite and helpful in every way possible. Wedding celebration at the Sutera Harbour Pacific Ballroom was amazing. The hotel can customize the wedding venue design according to your requirements, they have quite unique ideas like rustic, garden, etc. thematic weddings.
Super huge resort with two hotels; The Magellan Sutera Resort and The Pacific Sutera Hotel, marina, golf course and many more. Great sunset but the beach is rather small.

Oct 2018: Amazing, simply amazing! We recently had our wedding celebration at the Sutera Harbour Pacific Ballroom and we were pleased with the service we received. From the initial inquiry and after the event, we were taken care of and ensured all aspect of our event was done in a professional, experienced and efficient manner. Darlene Sigoh was our wedding coordinator who took great care with accomodation of all our overseas guests wanting to enjoy the comfort of a high class resort. Staff were very polite and helpful in every way possible. Breakfast at the Cafe Boleh was great, incorporating foods locally, Korean dishes and your general intercontinental breakfast items. Although it can be very busy, have patience and staff will attend to you. Expect nothing but greatness from a local resort that I have visited many times and will continue to visit again in the future. | |||||
Mar 2016: The resort is in a good location, most attractions (IMAGO shopping mall, seafood market, night market, foreshore) are around 5-10 mins away by taxi and all cost us MYR. The concierge will call a taxi for you. You can also get a taxi to the airport which cost us MYR30. |
