This photographer has a very impressive resume; a list of awards that go on forever. Jackal Cheng, LMPA has been photographing professionally for over 6 years and taught over 3 workshops and 1 master class in 2014.

What do all these photography awards mean? After some research I found a few who shared their experiences online. Here the Licentiate said the journey with The Master Photographers Association (MPA) UK is about the learning experience. The process involved being guided by a mentor and the challenges of producing good quality photos which made him understood the post-processing aspect better and how it is related to presentation, for example the consistencies between the shadow and highlights of a series presented. He learned to pay more attention towards details and how the composition of the photo plays a role in the placement.
