Everything was ok. Reason I’m signing this is because they are giving all the soft copies

I’ve been choosing Keep Gallery among various choice of booth in Mid Valley during September 2014. We satisfies with Keep Gallery was a good choice we have choosen. We signed both Ipoh and KL in PJ, both team were doing a great job. it was a great team work we have experience. Shirley and Jessey were my advisor for gown chooing. They both are professional on picking the gown that suite and fit my style.
Kelly and Joyce were my make up artist. each of them has presented style of different choice base on the gown and scenary of the outdoor shootings. they were my favourite makeup artist I had. Benny is my photographer in Ipoh. He did a great job on picking the best scenary at different light during day time. He was presented a great experice as a professional photographer. Eugene is my photographer in KL. He definately show his profressional skills on catching the night lighs and sunlight during the cloudy day.
I’m not sure the guy who did the editing. but I have to thank to him/her. becuase i’m definately not as perfect as in the pictures. In general, both branches shown a great team work and their professionalism. I will definately recommend my friends and family who getting married, or re take their wedding anniversary. The price is more than worthing the good memory Keep Galery can capture.

I’m so agreed with Samantha on the softcopy which contains the remaining pictures locked in a desired format, but apparently with its watermark! I’m so regret to find this out merely a day after signing up with KG! Likewise, I was not told of the watermark presence as they keep emphasizing all copies will be returned but with one condition that is locked size in 5R. I presented this issue to them immediately via email and calls to SA, but response was rather slow. You can literally forget about communicating them via email, as they can take ages to respond to you. SA brought this matter to his superior and finally he called and insisted the current softcopy policy. He even commented that the watermark should be expected by the customer even without told prior to the sign-up. Worse still, he commented the package I signed up is considered lower class package on top of the “freebies” given away during the fair, hence, I should not expect anything more including the removal of watermarks. Surprised by the way he responded in such a non-professional way, I felt more than being cheated to sign-up packages especially during KG fair. The problem is, KG is NOT disclosing the knowledge of watermark presence in these remaining copies, from the very first place and expect customer to find out themselves after all the hassle and cannot argue for more, as if KG is purposely hiding it while openly telling any innocent client of its so-called freebies, hoping that customer will advertise for them whenever the photos are in use. If they sincerely wish to give away the photos in softcopy just under locked size condition, why must they attach watermark along? (in the hope customer to freely advertise for them?)

Run here and there to investigate which bridal shop will fit me best in terms of style and package, so in the end made up my mind and sign up the package with Keep Gallery. I view most of the wedding album in the bridal fair last time at Mid Valley but only Keep Gallery pictures stole my heart. I went there to try my dress, found out their dress are very limited. Maybe those pretty ones already out for photo shooting, wads left disappoint me a lil bit. Basically its all mermaid dress but I wanted something fantasy and more fairy tales like. So the first one was the only one i choose is 70percent close to wad I had in mind.
