The new Banquet Hall, designed by CGSB Interiors has a modern cosiness to it with stylish lighting and decor. It can accommodate up to 80 tables.

The wedding menu is not exactly cheap for Chinese restaurant. There are many dishes to choose from though. Food was tasty and service was ok, given such great mass to manage during weddings. Helpful banquet coordinator. However customer complained the staff took away their plate too fast before they are done. Toilet cleanliness and air conditioning need to be improved.

Look for Choi Wan for banquet stuff.. really a helpful one. Overall, environment was good, food was nice.. all our guests said will come back again. Chuai Heng Banquet Hall.

We were at a wedding dinner – Food was tasty and service was acceptable, given such great mass to manage. Toilet cleanliness needs to be improved, air cond was not cold enough, in fact almost all of us are sweating the whole night. Chuai Heng Banquet Hall.

I have attended a wedding dinner at Chuai Heng Restaurant last night, the food was awfully terrible, I did not expect a chinese restaurant located at the central of Kuala Lumpur would have served their cuisine with this lousy quality. Further to that, the waiter and waitress are pretty rude and nasty, they did not even ask us whether we still want to continue to eat the dishes, they just simply took away our food and cutleries, where is the basic respect?! The management should always provide basic training to their staff, in order to maintain the standard of the restaurant.

Went there for a wedding dinner. The settings are grand. Food is nice. Great feeling there with groups of friends. Location is good. 10-minute walking distance from Bukit Bintang monorail station if not driving. Excellent restaurant in Star Hill (Bukit Bintang) area.

It is quite high class restaurant. Chuai Heng is super packed on weekends as it is situated in the congested Bukit Bintang. service was good but all are foreigner workers.
