Hall Rental 2022: RM7,500 (day) | RM8,000 (night) | Capacity: 500 pax | The MBSA Banquet Hall has a VIP waiting room, a prayer room, a beautiful reception hall with good air conditioning and ample parking spaces. It can accommodate up to 500 guests for wedding ceremony, dinner, event. The rental price is not exactly cheap. There will be additional charges for various facilities, catering and decorations.
All applications must be made via the Board of Management Unit, Department of Community Development and Corporate. You are required to employ the caterer appointed by the Council. Complimentary Facilities: Banquet Chairs -500 units (maximum) | Round Tables – 50 pieces only | Buffet tables – 2 sets.
Dias with decoration packages is available at the stipulated rates. Car Park – RM 530 (828 parking lot) | VIP Room – RM 318

Jan 2016 This hall memang cantik and a lot of bloggers mmg recommend this one. What I’ve seen is a wide range of prices from blog to blog. Some say rm3000++, some mentioned around rm5000++.
