Am here to attend a wedding dinner of a relative. This is the first and last time I am having dinner here. My glass had lipstick stain on it. I requested for a change and the staff returned with a washed, wet with water droplets glass. It’s not even aired dry. Our second dish was the soup. The staff was supposed to clear off the bowls after that but they didn’t. So, we purposely left the bowls in the middle of the table for them to clear. The captain came with the third dish and was not pleased as she can’t put down the dish on hand. So, she just pushed the bowls aside and placed it down without even clearing the bowls. When it’s turn for the dessert, bowls and spoons were insufficient. The staff came with bowls that were not drained or wiped. They were dripping with water. Our plates were soaked with gravy and we were supposed to use it for the fried pancakes. This clearly shows that the mgmt thinks nothing of this business. One would expect better tasting food and service from a chain restaurant and one located at Mutiara Damansara area. And to think that we are being charged 10% service charge for this. What kind of service are you providing!?

10th September 2016, I hosted my wedding reception through the arrangement of Assistant Manager, Sky Lee. However, the services have not been well delivered and definitely not up to my expectations.
I am quite disappointed and frustrated as Sky Lee (Assistant Manager) has given umpteen empty promises, whereby my wife and myself had, on several occasions, well communicated with him prior to the wedding luncheon. On my wedding day, I am disappointed with the last minute rearrangement of the tables without my prior knowledge and consent. I believed Sky Lee has not properly pass over his responsibility to his subordinate, Sam Ooi, resulted in some other hiccups pertaining to the technical problems, such as background musics, computer issue, projectors issues and etc. At the end, I feel it was quite an embarrassment to me and my wife as majority of my guests are renowned company’s directors, lecturers and healthcare professional. A supposed memorable occasion has ended up in a failure. Food wise, we had one food testing session. Good thing is, the food on the reception day itself is better than we expected.

Reasonable priced Wedding banquet. Dishes served during wedding banquet were hot & warm, fresh & tasty. The banquet hall setting is pretty nice like Hotel with chandelier. Service was good.
