Raja Rosly Raja Mazlan or widely known as Pak Engku is man who is willing to take risk to grow his food and event planning business, Kuzie Catering & Wedding. The name Kuzie came from combining his name Engku and his wife’s name Ramziah Samah. The food must be extremely delicious or Kuzie’s service is so outstanding that it has now become D celebrity caterer of the country. Even our very own songstress Datuk Siti Nurhaliza had her wedding with Datuk K arranged by Pak Engku’s Kuzie. Other famous clienteles include Raja Azura, Fazren Rafi, Nadia Mustafa, Zamarul Hisha, Khai, Ning Baizura, and Yusry (KRU) & Lisa Surihani for their reception at PICC. Their marriage celebrations were well taken care of by Pak Engku and his team. You can see him serving food to the couples himself on KuzieCatering FB photos.

To book the Cattleya Grand Ballroom, you have to also cater food from Kuzie. The wedding packages offered by Kuzie Catering and Wedding Planner detail out the benefits included. It only shows the packages that cost RM60,000, however you may contact them personally to find out about other options. The food is good especially sambal sotong and rendang tok which are exceptionally delicious. Clients are also impressed with the grandeur of the Cattleya Ballroom. Together with the deco, the reception hall will be totally pleasing aesthetically and comfort wise.
