Hong Kong primarily consists of three main territories: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula, and the New Territories. The Island and Kowloon, the more densely populated parts of Hong Kong, are the main business, entertainment and shopping districts. The New Territories offer more cultural and natural places of interest/ photography spots.

The Peak Tram is a funicular railway that fetches people to Victoria Peak (The Peak of Mount Austin, 552m tall). The tram’s Lower Terminus is within walking distance from the Central MTR Station. It is the most popular way to tour the Peak which offers the views over Victoria Harbour, Central and the surrounding islands.

The Hong Kong Trams which run on the Island between Shau Kei Wan and Kennedy Town, have been operating for more than 110 years. It is a major tourist attraction and one of the most environmentally friendly ways of travelling in Hong Kong.

The New Territories:
With a height of 957m, Tai Mo Shan (大帽山 – “Big Hat Mountain”), located at the centre of the New Territories, is the highest point in Hong Kong, often shrouded in stratus clouds. It is composed of volcanic rocks from the Jurassic age. From Tai Mo Shan Country Park Visitor Centre, go uphill on Tai Mo Shan Road (Maclehose Trail Sec. 8) and you will be able to enjoy some really spectacular scenery of foggy hills, views of different parts of Hong Kong and sunset/ rise.

Jubilee (Shing Mun) Reservoir 城門水塘 is a large water storage facility at the foot of Tai Mo Shan. The picturesque and tranquil water in a relaxing woodland with Needle Hill in the background offers a gorgeous setting for wedding photography.

Covering 4,494 hectares of uplands and coasts, Sai Kung East Country Park offers numerous scenic spots and trails. Some trails orbit around the coasts, while others travel through wild terrain. Kowloon (Mainland):
Mong Kok 芒角 is a major shopping and entertainment hub in Hong Kong, also the busiest district in the world by the Guinness World Records, famous for the Ladies’ Market 女人街 (Tung Choi Street) and Portland Street 砵蘭街 which is a red-light district.
