Good food and presentation, ballroom is modern cozy with nice lighting it creates great ambiance. Good location, parking is easy, among others. Had our wedding at the Westin KL in APR 2022 and I am very impressed with how the team, especially Cheryl and Gary handled and organised our special day. The wedding turns out perfect and all the guests had fun during the wedding! Attended a wedding event at the Five Senses and the organization of the event was well executed by the staff of Five Senses.I was impressed by the service rended by the crew and even when they were short handed in numbers they carried the excellent service that Westin is known for.Thank you Rachael, Ashma, Nikesh, Nina, Azhar, a Malay guy I forgot his name and Prabu. Westin seemed just right from the start. Nice banquet manager (a jolly-looking accomodating type called Chester, whom we privately call Chestnut), cosy ballroom (45 tables max, but 40 tables would be comfortable), and very flexible in altering the contract terms per our request, and throwing more freebies into the package. Westin also offers a variety of table linen designs, in sand and pearl colors. |
