My second time at the hotel to attend wedding dinner yesterday and last year. In-house decoration of the ballroom was beautiful and the food was good, too. You know what people always say about how lousy hotel food is during dinner, but not this hotel. Hope to have a night stay there!

My partner and I recently held our wedding banquet dinner at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by the hotel coordinator, Rachel Hee from the moment we engaged the hotel till the night itself. Our guests that came from near and far also had good things to say, in particular with the food and service by ground staff that night. This is music to our ears as we did not get the chance to mingle with all guests, so to know that they were well taken care off is truly a feat. As part of the wedding package, we were provided with a suite which we unfortunately spent very little time in. However, we loved the spaciousness and the simple personal touches added in the room. Hotel breakfast was included and once again, the food was great. We would definitely recommend Aloft to others for events, as the hotel staff are professional and a gem to work with.

Very professional and well run service team at the wedding. Was part of the set up for the wedding. The supervisor and hotel event manager briefed and did a few rehearsals before the doors opened. The waiters were top notch and well trained(unlike other places that probably hired part timers). Very attentive to each table guests, served us well and cleared our plates promptly. Also floor manager provided suggestions to play music while the guests were sitting down, so that it’s not quiet and even provided usual songs played at weddings since it wasn’t prepared.

Really modern, clean hotel right next to KL sentral station and a huge shopping mall.
My cousin had his wedding here in the ballroom. The staff were super helpful and organised during what can be a stressful time and we were really happy with how the evening went. The ballroom was decorated spectacularly, the food was fantastic and the staff were all friendly and well trained.
