Positive reviews: Serves good food in right portion. Never gets disappointed. Decided on G Hotel for wedding venue after lots of research. Love the modern look. Ballroom is very nice without pillars. Foyer is big enough for guests to mingle before the reception. The environment is really good. Thumbs up and highly recommended.

Wow… that’s all my wife @Elaine mcglynn and I can say about the staff, service and everything about the G. We had our wedding reception in the G on 16th February and Jana, Joe and all the staff at the G made it an incredible experience for us.. nothing was too much. We had the best fun and the food was unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend the G any higher for anyone looking for a wedding reception venue

On the 2/12/17 , me and my husband held our wedding at G Hotel , Penang Grand Ballroom. It was a wonderful and memorable wedding. I would rate it as a 10 star for the food and the friendliness of the staffs.
The banquet team held it perfectly without us worrying about the ceremony. All thanks to KHOR LEE HUEY , our event manager. She has helped me a lot during my wedding day and before my wedding day too for the planning. She is a very patient lady who can handle every single thing that I requested for. She helped me since the first day I met her till my wedding ends she still gave me a very very good service. She did her very best for me. Thanks to her for giving me a perfect wedding !
Not only that , the hotel did provide us a 2 nights stay at “owner suite” which is facing the sea view. A very very romantic and perfect room and not to mention , we could use their executive lounge for unlimited free flow of wine in the evening and we could go their for our breakfast too. Their executive lounge is facing the sea view too !
Thanks Ms Khor for everything you’ve done to help us out without any failure , you’re perfectly amazing!

We had our wedding here in July. We organized it from the USA. The new wedding coordinator, Brona, was fantastic and done above and beyond to help us. We had numerous phone calls and emails with her to organize everything, and given that our wedding was different to a traditional wedding the G Hotel improvised to make it all work. We had Simona Reinyte (2 photographers) as photographer and had all of our photos taken at the hotel. Very happy!
