Since the term Shangri-La first appeared in British novelist James Hilton’s Lost Horizon in 1939, it has been associated with the mystical place which could not possibly exist here on Earth. In Tibetan, Shangri-La means the “sun and moon in heart”, an ideal home (utopia). There are lofty and continuous snowy mountains, endless grasslands, steep and grand gorges, bright blue lakes and bucolic villages.
Here the EM bridal crew traveled all the way to this undisturbed land
inhabited by friendly people in Lijiang, in Yunnan Province to create
the fairyland Shangri-la scenes. The photos of clear streams, majestic
snowy mountains and landscape are just breathtaking. No more stress and pollution, only dancing and merry-making in a bucolic village.

The Petronas Twin Towers were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 and are still the tallest twin towers in the world. The towers were designed by Argentine architect Cesar Pelli. Constructed largely of reinforced concrete, with a steel and glass facade designed to resemble motifs found in Islamic art, a reflection of Malaysia’s Muslim religion, the 88-floor towers are a beautiful landmark of Kuala Lumpur.
