Wedding at the Nusantara Ballroom was so romantic with flowers, candles and dripping chandelier lights and colourful ambience ….blissful setting for the happy couple to celebrate their marriage!

Recently I had my wedding reception held at Sheraton Imperial KL recently. As one of the many important date of a lifetime, Sheraton Imperial KL had impressed me in many ways. This will not be complete without the connector, Ms. Ellie Low-the Catering Sales Manager. Have been dealing with Ms.Ellie prior to the event and been disturbing her on very minor issue. She has been very accommodating to our request and promptly revert even at midnight or public holiday. She has proven the sales line is about top servicing. Her professionalism and working ethnic is absolutely a big thumb up. During the preparation to our big day,it wasn’t an easy journey but Ellie had indeed give us many valuable suggestion and recommendation which ease many of our key area to focus on. A very big thank you to Ellie and the team for bringing the event live perfectly.

We had our wedding dinner reception at Imperial Sheraton KL. Ellie was our catering event manager for the entire event. She is super attentive and made sure everything runs smoothly prior and during the entire event. Overall it was an amazing day and the hotel staff and management looked after us every step of the way. The venue is a very elegant place to be for a reception but also the ballroom looked amazing for a wedding dinner.
Ellie is also a very funny and nice person to talk to. You will not feel bored around her Thanks Ellie. Words couldn really express our gratitude in this short review but both my wife and I couldn be more thankful.

My wedding reception was held at the Nusantara ballroom, Ellie has been a great help to get everything on track throughout the preparation and actual day. She is a very attentive and thoughtful person.

Our bridal suite was lovely decorated, with an amazing KL view. Reception dinner was good. Everything seems perfect till I gotten 2 upset feedbacks. First, one of my guest had Red Wine spilled on his shirt by a waiter who was pouring wine for him. No apologies was said, absolutely nothing. The waiter just walked off away. My guest was totally disappointed on this and he did not expect a 5 star hotel to treat guests that way.

Second, my dad was using the complimentary valet parking given to us. Upon getting his car, the valet was asking for the valet fees which my dad said it was supposed to be complimentary. The guy was very impolite persistently asking for it and my dad asked him to check his records. The guy gotten rude and unwillingly went to check only to realised that indeed our car plate details was given there. Once again, no apologies were given. My dad was infuriated with that kind of service, spoiling his day!

I thought that Sheraton Imperial would have been the best choice I would have made for my wedding, only to get this feedbacks back. I’m truly upset on this matters as it has affect my guest and my family.
