Capacity: 40 pax | The Dusun is a small, socially-conscious eco-resort on a durian orchard, 800 feet above sea level, next to the Berembun Forest Reserve, in Negeri Sembilan about 1 hour 20 minutes drive from KLCC. In 1984, the owners began planting trees on this 12-acre lot. They now have huge trees, 6 bungalows and 2 pools. It is designed after their family lifestyle of privacy, beautiful views and enjoyment of watching and listening to nature. They are committed to low-capacity resort operations, hiring locally, supporting the community, composting, phosphate-free products, organic farming and air-cond free houses. With guest houses on the top of a little hill, guests can enjoy cooler temperatures at night.
The Lanai is a secluded and intimate events venue in nature. See nothing but jungle; hear the river whisper by. A serene place for small weddings or celebrations. Intimate gatherings of 20 adults (resort stay overnight) or 40 people for a day-trip party (booking whole resort is required). The Lanai is equipped with a projector, tables, chairs, water dispenser, toilet, and pantry.
Alternatively you can also book their villas, price per night: from RM400. To avoid causing disturbance to nearby residents, the Dusun does not allow noisy parties. There are strict rules on the number of people allowed on the property at one time. Everything is perfect, from the service to cleanliness, except that you have to bear with creatures like insects and lizards.

Dec 2017 All Dusun staffs from all levels were superbly trained and special mention goes to Asmaq for her ever smiling face and her concerns on all the guests. We would like to also thank the cook specialist chief ‘kakak’. She is so awesome and fast. Last not least goes to Helen and family for setting the great place for us. Without you, we will not know much about some great Malaysia culture and able to experience Malaysia rain forest. | |||
