Tom’s first branch outlet is located in SS2 named Tom Collection.
I received plenty of good reviews about the service delivered by this
bridal outlet. MUA (Wedding Acronym) Quinnie is skillful and professional. PG Sean has
been doing a great job which made his clients comfortable with the PS.
The team communicates about the entire shooting process thoroughly so
the newly weds are confident with what they are supposed to do. It has a
huge collection of gowns, segregated into LUXURY and COLLECTION (better
quality). What you are getting for your package depends on what you’ve
paid for. The term is full payment upon booking. However all these are
open for negotiation. I found out that some customers were able to get
TOM agree on their desired terms. The AD car deco is impressive too!

Overall we are satisfied with their services and the quality of the
outcome. Eventhough you had made full payment, you still can request for
extra things, and they will try to fulfill if it is reasonable. You can
voice out any unsatisfaction to them, and they will try to explain
nicely and take any action to solve the problem. The photographers all
very nice, and talk to us politely. If we cant do the pose that they
required, they wont scold us. Make up artists are very professional. PG
and MUA communicate with us before we start the shooting and make up.
When choosing photo, if you don’t want to top up your package, they
still try their best and give their professional opinion in helping you
to select photo. ”
hubby said sure not enough, so on the spot, we topped up the small album
to big album.
So my package is rm5388
include:
a) 2 big albums with 75 poses
b) 5 gowns (2 luxury and 2 collection, 1 costume for kl PS), 1 gown for langkawi PS
c) DVD
d) sister’s photo 150 pcs
e) one “chuang tou” photo and two “niang jia” photo
f) master CD original 75 poses
g) langkawi flight tickets and accommodation
h) 2 sets of love cards
Under
actual package, all gowns are from luxury, but my hubby bargained with
them and get two from collection. But during the gown selection, if not
mistaken, i chose 3 from collection and they did not charge me extra.
The SA from SS2 claimt that their gowns are all designer wears, but don’
know how true is it. So that’s why they charge more expensive compare
to cheras and Jln lok yew branch. Small reminder: the gown for outdoor
PS will be chosen by the MUA, but if you are not satisfied with the
gown, you can request for changing. The outdoor PS gowns are all very
clean and cant see the mark of mud…hehe…And one more thing, for
outdoor PS you need to drive on your own (pick up PG and an assistant)
to the destination, there is no delivery service. “
