The interior of the hotel is finished with bamboo panelling, areas that incorporate flowing water and elegant furnishings create an ambience that is both contemporary and comfortable. There are also quite a few spots in the hotel which are excellent photography backdrop, such as the mysterious spiral staircase, soothing lobby (with bamboo trees outside the glass window and bamboo panelling).
The hotel’s ballroom has a modern, contemporary design which is quite unique living up to its boutique-urban-resort status. The wedding banquet price is not as expensive as the other 5-star hotels, also the strategic location being close to KLCC, makes it a perfect choice for a medium scale luxury wedding. The food, service and bridal suite are amazing. Good and creative food served at wedding, professional waiters, efficient and friendly Sales Manager, Ms Loo.

Jan 2014 I love that they have a modern, contemporary design making this place unique. Most importantly, I love that their wedding banquet price is quite affordable, compared to other hotels (Reinassance, Mandarin Oriental) along the same road, and it’s actually the closer one to KLCC. The thing is that they only have one ballroom, high ceiling in the middle, with a maximum occupancy of 30 tables. We had 31 tables, and I have to admit that it was quite cramped up in the ballroom. But I would say that is their only flaw. Because their food and service were amazing! Their menu somewhat differ slightly from the usual Chinese wedding dinner menu. Food tasting was included and we absolutely love everything! Contrary to popular belief that the food quality would deteriorate during mass production, Hotel Maya delivered the exact high quality food during the wedding dinner. Guests were complimenting and raving about every dish, and it made us very happy that we have fed them well 🙂 The servers we top professional waiters too, rather than just part-time teenage-looking servers. The sales manager I corresponded with was Ms Loo and she was so efficient and friendly, from the start right until after the wedding. The bridal suite provided was nothing short of amazing. Price: RM 1280++ per table Package includes: Basic decoration by Arada Design (their in-house florist), one bridal suite plus one room, free corkage for wines and hard liqour (up to 45 bottles).
