I was able to capture some pictures of the outdoor wedding banquet with a scenic man-made beach view, and the lake at Mines Wellness Hotel, Seri Kembangan. The gorgeous garden wedding was indeed very captivating. The hotel is situated right beside the Mines shopping mall, not too far from the city, at least the distance is more ideal compared to Bangi Putrajaya Resort, Cyberview Lodge or the beach resorts in Port Dickson.

It allows you the experience of dining in a traditional local village at the Abdul & Charlie’s restaurant, the imperial Chinese Cheng Ho Court restaurant and a full set of traditional health therapy provided by the hotel. With its unique design and event offering, you can customize your dream wedding in a close to home environment with breath-taking lagoon pool beach and lush greenery.

The grandeur wooden hotel interior fused with bamboo paneling will attract nature lovers. The rates are affordable too. I am not so sure about having an indoor wedding there to be honest, the ballroom was not in a good condition the last time I visited it.

You may have some communication issues with the servers being foreigners. The well-trained ones are good. Mixed reviews about the PIC, seemed to have improved since 2014.

I had my wedding here last year and everything went smoothly. The PIC was quite helpful in solving any issues. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service.

I had my wedding dinner at Beach area December last year. we called and visited during the wedding fair and I am lucky to get some discounts, The actual day the weather is good and I am very happy with their set up and service. The service staff is foreigner but we dont face any difficulty in communication. All my guest feed back was very positive and we are happy too and its worth it to have event here.

I had my wedding ceremony at the beach but wedding dinner in the ballroom. It was a Chinese style dinner. The weather that day was fine, the outdoor ceremony went well. One thing about this hotel, they seem to have very low budget in hiring staffs. Guess what? All the staffs were foreign workers and they hardly speak English. My guests were asking for one thing and the foreign workers provided them the other. It was a chaos in a sense. The hotel Sales Director was rude, when we complaint to him, he said if we do not like it we can always choose another hotel.
All in all, it was a bad experience except the fact that I am married to the man that I love now.
Besides, if you are looking at outdoor wedding, please make sure you highlight to them that you want the beach appears to be CLEAN on your wedding day. I’ve been to the beach once where there were a lot of rubbish, water was green, smelled funny. Of cuz, that was after I signed up with them for the whole wedding package. If you are considering this place, please give it a second thought. With the price, you can get a better place.

The hotel wedding coordinator, Ms. Saraswarthy from Sales Department, is very not helpful throughout the planning process. To date, I am still not able to receive my wedding invitation cards, although I have confirmed the artwork design with Ms. Saraswarthy in May. I’ve been waiting for her reply for 2 weeks but she did not reply my email.

I find the hotel PIC very very not helpful! My wedding just took place last month. the hotel PIC, Saraswathy,she’s inconsistent in everything that she promised. She’s rude too, I find her not able to cope with things if she needed to multi-task! My wedding clashed with 2 other weddings on the same day and she’s just totally not able to cope with the situation. I’m just glad that I’m done with this hotel and I don’t have to see her anymore!

It was a mega wedding with tables arranged at the garden as well as at the open air restaurant which is under cover.
