https://www.tripadvisor.com.my Oct 2013 I had my wedding banquet in this hotel grand ballroom. The service was really disappointing. The food served was not fresh and my guests complained that the dishes had funny taste. The waiters were not well trained and my guests were furious because the waiters didn’t serve them drinks after making some requests. It’s either they totally forgot about my guests’ requests, or they simply had just ignored it. I decided not to stay in their room because the room is quite old and the staircase as well as the walkway have a funny stench. Many beautiful promises being made were not kept and it is very disheartening to hear my guests complained so much about the banquet. |
